How do I place my order?
Simply choose your favorite design or style from the drop-down menu on the product page.
Then click "Add To Cart" and follow the steps to complete your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after you finish your purchase.
How do I check the status of my order?
Within 1-3 days, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. In this email, you will have a View Order button which will take you directly to the live tracking updates. Once on the tracking page, click on Track Your Package to follow the status of your order.
What if I don't get a confirmation email?
If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder or make sure you entered the correct email address when placing your order. Still can't find it? Don't worry, just contact us at support@yourshoesshop.com and we will resend it.
